Brain Gym

What is Brain Gym?

"Brain Gym" is a proprietary program of body movements, founded by two American Educational Kinesiologists, Dr. Paul and Dr. Gail Dennison in 1987.  Brain Gym,  grounded on neuroscience, was initially developed for improving children's learning ability.  It is further extended to any person who wants to improve his/her living and learning ability.

Brain Gym is a set of simple physical exercises meant to 'balance' the brain hemisphere to integrate thought and emotion, as well as visual, auditory and motor skills.  It helps to solve learning difficulties for children, such as inattentiveness, hyperactive, lack of motor coordination, etc.

Physical exercise is the most powerful tool given by nature to human beings, integrating these electrical impulses with our brain activities.  Yoga from India, Jin Shin Jyutsu from Japan, acupressure from China, Exercise therapy, kinesiology and other pedagogic concepts also refine "Brain Gym."
